The past week has supplied a few videos from around New Eden. From ambient videos, fake trailers and some hilarious or tense PvP moments, these are my top picks:

Test Alliance Cinematic – Era of Ascension by Hyperion

A truly epic trailer for Test Alliance Please Ignore [TEST]. The beautiful cinematics coupled with the music genuinely make this one advertisement hard to resist.

Eve Online – Hunting in 10/10 DED by Methyne PvP

Quite an amazing video showing one pilot hunting players in DED complexes, in particular the “Maze”, one of the hardest and most lethal of such instances. Hats off for the ingenuity and skill.

Eve Online — “The Trap” (Hydra Ops) by The_Robo

A video depicting a trap for a Nyx super carrier. The video gives sufficient background for the kill before showing its execution.

Astero Solo PvP – “Astronomical” by LOLEPiC243

A compilation of solo fights between an Astero and various other frigates and destroyers in faction warfare complexes. Though not of the highest quality, still entertaining and informative.

HERO Leshak | EvE Online by worstplayerever

Another week, another video by worstplayerever. This time he battles alongside a group of friends the residents of null security space in a Leshak battleship, one of the new ships introduced in the latest expansion. The fight quickly descends into a war of attrition as the viewer is left wondering who’d break first – the defenders or worstplayerever and his friends as countless waves chip at their gang. Worth the long sit!

Eve Online Duo Omen Navy Issue by Jokastis

A video depicting a duo of Omen Navy Issue cruisers against members of Providence Bloc. Though not of the highest quality or very visually stimulating, it is filled with annotations depicting the pilot’s state of mind as well as other important tidbits. Enjoyable for both the PvP and learning aspects it provides.

Do you have any videos that either you have made or watched that you think are particularly good? If so, please feel free to submit them to me on either Twitter (@SalivanHarddin), Gmail (salivan.harddin@gmail.com) or via in-game mail (Salivan Harddin). Until next week!
