PAN-INTERGALATIC BUSINESS COMMUNITY TITANS & SUPERS DESTROYED IN OASA
On the 12th of November, a combined force of Goonswarm, The Initiative, Get off My Lawn, and Tactical Narcotics Team dropped on Pan-Intergalatic Business Community member corporation All Models are 18 years old, who suffered significant losses. After the dust settled, the attackers had destroyed over 246b isk, killing two titans and three supers in the process.
HORDE SPACE IN KALEVALA INTERDICTED
The Goonswarm cloaky camping group, the National Goon Surveillance Agency, has deployed to the Pandemic Horde region of the Kalevala Expanse. Allegedly, there are over 100 active campers in the region, somewhat affecting Horde member corps ability to rat in the region.
HARD KNOCKS ASSOCIATES RORQUALS DESTROYED IN COBALT EDGE
On November 12th, in the system of DN58-U in Cobalt Edge, Odin’s Call tackled multiple Hard Knocks Associates Rorquals in the system with a Loki/Leshak fleet. Hard Knocks Associates seemingly tried to respond to this situation by dropping multiple capitals and supercapitals with FAX support. However, the response comprised too little too late, so that 4 Rorquals were killed along with a super – bringing the total carnage up to 67b isk lost for the defenders.
FIRST NEW TRIGLAVIAN SHIPS LOST
With the release of Onslaught, two of the four new triglavian ships were released to capsuleers, the Kikimora (Destroyer) and the Drekavac (Battlecruiser). Like all space pixels in New Eden, they eventually blow up, and the first of each of these died within the first day of release. The Kikimora was lost by Romantic Exorcism in Placid at 20.00 UTC on the 13th to a small gang. The first Drekavac to die was in Immensea at 16.49 on the 14th, piloted by the same player (who lost a second Drekavac at 19.04 the same day in Geminate).
INITIATIVE TITAN & SUPER DESTROYED IN SYNDICATE
On Wednesday 14th, an Initiative Avatar and Aeon were destroyed in TXW-EI, Syndicate by NullSechnaya Sholupen at around 0455 UTC. The pilots were understood to be caught out whilst POS bashing unsupported.
100B LOWSEC BRAWL IN THE BLEAK LANDS
On the 15th of November, in the system of Kamela in the Bleaklands, a massive brawl took place between Black Legion, Sanctuary of Shadows, and Shadow Cartel against Hull Penetration, Shoot First, and Yondu Confederation. In response to losing a roaming fleet to a Hull Penetration Thanatos, BL reformed a fleet and re-engaged with Hull Penetration, who brought a Paladin onto the grid. Black Legion responded in kind, dropping dreads to support their kitchen sink subcaps on grid. Hull Penetration countered by dropping additional dreads and carriers onto the field. Yondu Confederation joined in to support Hull Penetration, dropping a Nyx along with additional carriers and fax from Hull Penetration. Shadow Cartel responded in kind by dropping more dreads. After the battle concluded, nearly 100b ISK had been destroyed combined, with Hull Penetration and their allies taking on significant losses, including the Yondu Confederation Nyx that had dropped onto the grid. An AAR can be found here.
INITIATIVE KEEPSTAR ANCHORED IN FOUNTAIN
On Thursday 15th the Initiative anchored a Keepstar in IGE-RI, Fountain. This is the second Keepstar deployed by the alliance (although they additionally have access to Imperium structures) and is understood to be deployed for strategic reasons rather than as part of a campaign or a wholesale relocation.
SISTERS OF EVE STATION APPEARS IN DELVE
On Thursday 15th reports began to surface of a mysterious structure appearing in 1DQ1-A, Delve. This is the Goonswarm Federation capital – as well as a major nullsec market hub. The structure was reported to be a Sisters of Eve industrial facility. Initially neutral players claimed they were able to dock, prompting consternation and hilarity, and the station had also reportedly briefly appeared in Esoteria before disappearing.
As of Friday 16th the structure had been removed from the system and is likely to have been a bug. This event has prompted speculation about a new line of faction structures similar to the Bloodraider shipyards CCP may be testing, or an unnanounced lore event.
130 BILLION ISK DESTROYED IN PLACID
Around 00:45 Eve time in the system of Barleguet in Placid, a fight broke out between Iron Armada, Federation Uprising and Snuffed Out, with an Initiative fleet joining in to 3rd party. The battle broke out as Iron Armada and allies were formed to defend the armor timer of a fortizar coming out in the system. Snuffed Out escalated by dropping caps into the system, which was met in force by the defenders counter dread bomb. However, with the 3rd party opting to kill nearly half of the defending fleet, Snuffed Out commited Titans to the field to take the edge and dominate the grid, effectively chewing through the defenders dreadnoughts on field. The damage total stands at over 130 billion isk lost in the system, with the defenders losing 100b in assets to just 30b lost by the attackers. The attackers were also able to succeed in pushing the fortizar into the hull timer.
NEW ALLIANCE LAUNCHES FROM GREAT WILDLANDS WAR
This past summer the 1900 reported on a hot conflict in a usually quiet region, the Great Wildlands. Capitalist Army was one of the principal defenders in that fight and has recently launched their first alliance, consisting of allies made during the war. Called “The Network.”, executor Alekseyev Karrde hinted at a broader vision by describing their new alliance as a “force multiplier for content creators both within and beyond our alliance community.”
